XIM 11022 Qt 400 White

Properties of both primer and adhesive. Makes paint stick to tough-to-paint surfaces. Very fast drying. Tintable to pastel colors with unviersal tint colors. Top coat with all paints in 2 hours. Interior/exterior use.
